Rounding is a fundamental process to ensure the adhesion of the painting, which is why the new FEMH-R – Flange Edge Milling H,I,T profile – Rounding, allows to carry out the rounding of the longitudinal edges of the laminated or welded H, I and T beams and of flat plates by means of 4 powerful milling heads allowing to round the 4 edges of the steel plates at the same time, avoiding any manual grinding work with a high expenditure of time. Corimpex R&D has made it possible to reach process speeds of 3 m/min with insert life higher than the market average and available radii of 3-4mm.
