The new STCS – Straightening T profile Cambering Sweeping, is the first and only machine on the market for the correction of longitudinal and lateral deformations of welded T-beams by means of an innovative combined hydraulic/inductive solution.

It’s composed by:

• A strong welded steel base;
• Hydraulic vertical carriage that follows the upper edge of the web to ensure reliable profile pulling and a constant height of the side inductors;
• Tracking device of the side rollers of the web to ensure the constant gap between the inductor and the web itself;
• Hydraulically operated slide to pre-set the correct inductor level with respect to the different T-sections;
• N ° 2 double-acting cylinders for straightening / lateral sanding;
• N ° 2 reactive blocks with variable spacing in relation to the different inertia of the profile.
